"Paint the Aspens" is Pinetop-Lakeside's annual juried plein air art show celebrating the beauty of fall in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona. The Northeastern Arizona Fine Art Association (NEAFAA) joined with the Arizona Plein Air Painters to create an opportunity for plein air artists from all over Arizona to paint the luscious fall color throughout the White Mountains.
The show will be held at the High Country Art Gallery, 592 W. White Mountain Blvd., in Pinetop, Arizona, from October 9 to October 24. Opening Reception will be held Saturday, October 9, 3 - 7 pm.
Gabor Svagrik will be juror for the event, and will teach a workshop in plein air painting on Sunday, October 10. Signup for his workshop is at http://svagrikfineart.com.The Town of Pinetop-Lakeside is a sponsor of the event.

Cody DeLong’s painting ‘Yaki Color – 8” x 10” was chosen as the FIRST PLACE Winner at the
2010 Celebration of Art Plein Air on the Rim Invitational in September.
Cody sold twelve paintings in the first weekend of the show. He is one of APAPs founding member.
