Marla Smith's "Livin' the Good Life"

Mountain Artists Guild & Gallery in Prescott is featuring our own APAP artist Marla Smith in a show that begins June 1 and runs through July 14, 2011. Marla and sculptor Diana Simpson share the spotlight in this celebration of western art.

Marla has a deep and lasting love of the great American West. She was born in Prescott, Arizona and has the good fortune of experiencing ranch life. "There is no greater joy than a glorious southwest sunset or a hushed and peaceful sunrise."
Come see the work of these two exciting artists at Mountain Artists Gallery, 228 N Alarcon St., Prescott. Check Mountain Artists Guild & Gallery site at MountainArtistsGuild.org for more information and plan to attend a special Meet the Artists Reception Friday, June 24.

While you're making plans for the Memorial Day weekend, don't forget to pencil in the 37th Annual Western Art Show and Sale, May 28-30, sponsored by the Phippen Museum in Prescott. Several APAP members will have booths at the Courthouse Plaza, and admission is free.
