Fab Painting Fun in February!

A very warm welcome to new member Martin Dimitrov of Chandler, who we hope to see at these February Paint-Outs! Introduce yourself, Martin! We're glad you're joining us. :-)

McDowell Sonoran Preserve is your painting getaway for Saturdays, Feb 2 & 16!  Meet members of APAP and Sonoran Art League out painting both days.
If you're planning to participate in the Feb 2 & 16 McDowell Sonoran Preserve Paint-Outs, be sure you email your bio and website address to Jill Feinstein at before this coming Saturday morning. The organization will provide information on its website about participating artists.
Interested artists will meet at 18333 N. Thompson Peak Parkway, at the Gateway Trailhead. The location is on the east side of Thompson Peak Parkway, one half mile north of Bell Rd. Please RSVP to Toni Perrin, ToniPerrinStudio(at), so that we know to expect you. There is no charge for this event. You can paint one or both dates. Artwork is not judged.
If you see this entrance on Feb 9, you've come to the right place!  Although this is a members-only paint-out, visitors are welcome to roam the grounds and watch artists  from APAP & TPAPS at work!  Please join us!
Our mutual APAP/TPAPS Paint-Out is fast approaching: Feb 9th at White Stallion Ranch in Marana. Watch for "Paint-Out" signs leading the way as you near the ranch. Stamping and sign-up is at the designated parking lot between 7:00-8:00 only. Late comers must find Sandy Farley or Laura Williams on the grounds. Remember, these paintings - by members only - will have an opportunity to be juried into the Shemer Gallery Show in October 2013. Hope to see most of you there. Fun times to network with members of both groups, enjoy the day, and paint to your heart's content at this beautiful site! Contact Geri Acosta with questions at geriacosta(at) .
Fans of Tucson Plein Air Painters Society & Arizona Plein Air Painters are welcome to roam the grounds and watch artists at work!  Please do come!
